To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide as much detail as you can when submitting a support request.
Include a clear description of the problem, the steps to reproduce it, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. If possible, please share a link to a page where the issue can be seen, or a short screen recording demonstrating the problem.
For faster troubleshooting, you may also provide temporary WordPress admin access so we can directly investigate the issue. If you do share access, we recommend creating a temporary account and removing it once the issue has been resolved.
